The following forms contain information and procedures about the subject heading and the application form if required.
Residents moving furniture or large items into or out of the building must first book with building management at least 48 business hours prior to the move to ensure the lift is available, co-ordinate your move with other residents and ensure lift protection is installed. Priority will be given on a first-in basis and one resident is allowed to move into the building at any one time. Residents are currently permitted to move 5 days a week (Monday to Friday: 07:30 am to 4:00 pm), except on public holidays. Download the Moving Instructions document
Moves can be booked in through the resident portal here –Building Link and then going to the ‘Reservations’ tab. To obtain your resident login, please contact Building Management.

To obtain an additional or replacement front door key or building access Fob / Remote please complete the following form and send through to Building Management, be sure to follow the instructions in the form. Download Key/Access Card Request Form
The majority of renovations require approval from the Strata Committee prior to the commencement of works. Please note: Painting of internal walls and re-carpeting does not require an application.
